Merger Integration & Change Management

• Assisted a major west coast-based bank broker/dealer with the post-merger consolidation and outsourcing of their back office functions by providing supplemental operations staff

• Provided cash and security balancing and reconciliation support services for income collections and P&I functions post-conversion to AMTrust system for super-regional institution completing their integration initiative

• Managed the consolidation of real estate, oil and gas systems as part of a large bank merger

• Assisted a major national bank in the reconciliation of over 5000 aged items (out of balance was a result of a recent merger); this same bank has contracted a "troubleshooter" through us to identify problem areas in the bank's Section 20

• Assisted a major west coast-based broker/dealer in transitioning their back office from a fully disclosed to self-clearing environment  

Securities Operations Staff Augmentation

• Provided operations personnel to the Investment Management division of a major New York-based, brokerage firm to support their merger with a large investment bank

• Provided business analysis and operations support during the implementation of a front-end trading system for a major bank's Section 20 broker dealer  

Data Reconciliation

• Managed a global custody cash and securities reconciliation project on the Sungard Global+Plus for a major global custodian

• Assisted a midwest-based regional brokerage clearing firm in the reconciliation and cleanup of their mutual fund, DTC and dividend suspense accounts following their conversion from the SIS to the CSS system

• Managed a pre-conversion mutual funds reconciliation project on the Sungard AutoTrust system for a midwest trust department

• Managed a Foreign Exchange and NOSTRO accounts reconciliation project for a large, super- regional bank

• Managed a DDA reconciliation project for a major midwest-based, super-regional bank during their acquisition and integration with another institution

• Performed cash reconciliation services between SunGard and APL Security systems for a trust company  

Systems Conversion and Testing Support

• Provided trust operations staffing to support a conversion from the AMTrust to SEI systems

• Facilitated processing consolidation within a major bank and managed the conversion of four banks using a variety of systems (Series 7, AutoTrust, TrustRite) to the SEI Trust 3000 system

• Assisted a major Midwest bank's trust department with their conversion to the SEI Global module

• Assisted with the system testing of a hand-held options order entry system for a major U.S. stock exchange  

Financial Management/Strategy

• Provided a business analyst with margin expertise to resolve procedural problems, satisfy SEC requirements and make multiple recommendations ultimately saving the company millions of dollars

• Provided a chief technology officer to a retail brokerage firm to help create a business strategy, two and five year vision statements and determine if the back office application should be enhanced or replaced

• Management of large part of the daily operation of a major east coast bank's brokerage operations department, including day to day management of the ACATS, Reorg, P&S and Mutual Funds processing departments
